Nuvami is operated by a provider established in Italy, so Italian rules apply — in particular Article 7 of Legislative Decree 70/2003, which requires the name, the address and the details that allow rapid and effective communication with the provider, including the email address. In the other EU countries the country-of-origin principle applies (Article 3 of Directive 2000/31/EC). The same information is published in the other language versions of this page.
That principle has carve-outs: the Annex to Directive 2000/31/EC excludes, among other things, contractual obligations concerning consumer contracts and the freedom to choose the applicable law, and data-protection law applies regardless.
